Another unenforceable law that infringes on the rights of citizens.  I am amazed that a young person 18 can do the most important thing a citizen can do, vote.   We trust them enough to decide the leaders of this country but enough to drink responsibly or decide whether or not to smoke.

If you are not going to trust them then make voting 21 and by all means 21 before you can go and die for this country or get body parts blown off.  Also, you can't be charged as an adult under 21 because after all you don't right from wrong or you wouldn't be smoking and binge drinking.    It is one way or another.

So, NJ is going to stop people under 21 from smoking?   How is that working with alcohol and drugs?  They are simply making law breakers of young adult.

It is time for the government to get out of our lives.
